The head coach of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, has barred the media from their training sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.
The players will train behind closed doors ahead of their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16 clash against Cameroon this Saturday.
It is understood that Peseiro’s decision is to focus on tactical work and avoid distractions.
Players will also be barred from giving interviews.
However, on Friday, the media will have access to the mandatory press conference and watch 15 minutes of training.
Nigeria have been training at the Police College, Cocody since their arrival in Abidjan for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Eagles will take on Cameroon at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium, Abidjan on Saturday.
The highly anticipated encounter will kick-off at 9pm Nigeria time.
