This win takes Jose Peseiro’s men up to seven points.
Although they finish on the same points with Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria qualified as runners-up based on an inferior goal difference.
The three-time African champions will now face the country that finishes in second place in Group C.
That game will be played on Saturday night.
