Thespian actor, Pete Edochie, has revealed how he started acting movies before Nollywood was even established.
The veteran actor revealed this in a recent interview with Afia TV.
He further stated, that there was nothing like Nollywood when he made his movie debut in the 1985 adaptation of Chinua Achebe’s novel, ‘Things Fall Apart’.
According to him, Nollywood came on board with the movie ‘Living In Bondage’ seven years after he acted Chinua Achebe’s adaptation, adding that he retired from broadcasting to join the movie industry fully.
